At Black Buck Production, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality video production services. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your booked services. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully.
1. Cancellation by Client
- If you decide to cancel the services you have booked with Black Buck Production, please be aware that all payments made up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable.
- This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to video production, photography, and post-production services.
- Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing via email or a formal letter.
2. Cancellation by Black Buck Production
- In the unlikely event that Black Buck Production needs to cancel the services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund all payments made by the client.
- We will also work with the client to reschedule the services at a mutually agreeable time if possible.
3. Non-Refundable Deposits
- All deposits made to secure a booking with Black Buck Production are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation by the client.
- The deposit serves as a commitment to the project and covers administrative and preparatory work that begins as soon as the booking is confirmed.
4. No Refunds on Completed Services
- Once services have been rendered and deliverables provided, no refunds will be issued.
- Any concerns or issues with the final deliverables must be addressed promptly, and we will work to resolve them to the best of our ability.
