Project Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Timeframe
- The delivery timeframe for each project will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking. The timeframe may vary depending on the complexity and scope of the project.
- Typical delivery timelines range from 15 days to 30 days, depending on the project’s requirements.
- Black Buck Production will make every effort to meet the agreed-upon deadline. However, the delivery timeframe is subject to change based on factors such as client feedback, revisions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Delivery Process
- Upon completion of the project, the final deliverables will be provided to the client in the agreed format, which may include digital files, physical media, or any other format specified in the contract.
- All deliverables will be reviewed and approved by Black Buck Production to ensure they meet our quality standards before delivery to the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals during the production and post-production phases. Delays in feedback may result in an extended delivery timeframe.
- The client must specify the preferred method of delivery (e.g., online transfer, physical delivery) at the time of booking.
4. Revisions and Final Approval
- Any revisions to the project must be requested within 2 days of receiving the initial deliverables. Black Buck Production will accommodate reasonable revision requests, as specified in the contract.
- Final approval from the client is required before the project is considered complete and the final deliverables are provided.
5. Delayed Delivery
- In the event that delivery is delayed beyond the agreed-upon timeframe due to factors within Black Buck Production’s control, we will notify the client promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- If delays are caused by client actions or lack of timely feedback, Black Buck Production will not be held responsible for the extended delivery timeframe.
6. No Shipping Policy
- As a video production service provider, Black Buck Production does not engage in the shipping of physical goods. All deliverables are provided digitally unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in the project contract.
