  •  By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services:

  •  Black Buck Production offers Video production, Photography, Video Editing, Website Development, Application Development and Digital Marketing Services.
  •  All services provided are subject to availability and are provided according to the agreed terms between Black Buck Production and the client.

3. Bookings and Payments:

  •  To book our services, a formal agreement or contract must be signed, outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and payment terms.
  •  A deposit of 10%  is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due upon completion of the project.
  • All payments must be made within the timeframe specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  •  Cancellations must be made in writing. If a booking is canceled by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.
  •  In the event of a cancellation by Black Buck Production, any payments made will be fully refunded.

5. Intellectual Property:

  •  All content created by Black Buck Production remains our property until full payment is received.
  •  Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client, while Black Buck Production retains the right to use the content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality:

  •  Both parties agree to keep all information related to the project confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without prior consent.

7. Liability:

  •  Black Buck Production will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of our services.
  •  We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of all equipment and footage, but are not responsible for any unforeseen incidents beyond our control.

8. Client Responsibilities:

  •  The client is responsible for providing all necessary information and materials needed for the project in a timely manner.
  •  The client must ensure that they have the necessary permissions and rights for any content or locations used during the production.

9. Amendments:

  •  Any amendments to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.
  • 9.2 Black Buck Production reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and posted on our website.

10. Governing Law:

  •  These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  •  Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh Only.
